Heat packs are a product that everyone can use to help with relief from muscle aches, pains, and injuries or simply just for comfort. They can also be frozen in a zip lock bag for use as an ice pack.
Instructions:
Microwave heat wheat in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. (WARNING- Temperature may change depending on wattage of your microwave.) Heat can last up to 45 minutes. Can also be frozen up to 3 months in a sealed bag to be used as a cold pack. Avoid contact with moisture.
